Dr Kuruvilla’s academic journey commenced with an MBBS from Amala Institute of Medical Sciences, Thrissur, Kerala, followed by a Diploma in Obstetrics & Gynaecology (DGO) from Government Medical College, Kottayam, Kerala. She advanced her qualifications by earning a postgraduate degree in surgery specializing in obstetrics and gynaecology from Kasturba Medical College, Mangalore, Karnataka, part of Manipal University.
